Lawyer Robert Via

He was born on 20th June 1970 in London.

Graduated from Università degli Studi of Pavia in 1995, he carried out his legal training in important international law firms.

He became lawyer member of Milan Bar Association in 2001.

In 2003 with Dr. Di Napoli set up Dv Law Firm.

Since 2012 he has been registered to the Switzerland Bar Association as European Lawyer.

His main practice areas are Labour Law, Civil Law, Bankruptcy Law, mergers & acquisitions and commercial transactions and private equity, also international ones.

He is fluent in English and French.


He represents and assists stably national companies and big and medium – sized multinational corporations, and assists a local organization of entrepreneurs linked up with one of the most important national professional organization.
